Request for Bidding of Cleaning Contract

We are seeking qualified cleaning service provider for the provision of office cleaning services at Sioux Valley Dakota Tiwhae Services. Please review the details below and submit. This Cleaning Contract is One (1) year Term.

1.  Company of Person Information

Provide company, or Person Name. Include any certifications related to safety or environmental practices.

2.  Scope of Work

Confirm your ability to meet the following cleaning requirements:

–  Areas: offices, washrooms, kitchen/lunchroom, common areas, floors, windows

–  Tasks: vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, and garbage removal.

–  Bending, Lifting and carrying 20-50 lbs.

3.  Pricing

Provide a detailed pricing structure, including:

–  Contract terms and payment schedule

4.  Insurance & Liability

Provide proof of liability insurance, workers’ compensation coverage, and bonding (if

applicable).

5.  Health & Safety Compliance

Outline your health and safety protocols, including cleaning and disinfection procedures and compliance with applicable regulations.

6.  Proposal Submission Details
